Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ABABC AI ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

ABABC AI provides edge-based traffic routing, filtering, and analytics middleware deployed on Cloudflare's global network. The Service includes a management dashboard, REST API, and associated tools.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements.

4. Account Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

5. Acceptable Use

Your use of the Service must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy. You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.

6. Billing and Payment

  • The Service is billed on a pay-as-you-go basis per edge request processed.
  • The first 10,000 requests per month are provided at no charge.
  • Volume discounts apply automatically at higher usage tiers.
  • All fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance or updates. We are not liable for any downtime or service interruptions.

8. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy. Traffic routing decisions are processed at the edge and are not retained beyond the operational logging period you configure.

9. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, and documentation, is the property of ABABC AI and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ABABC AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of the Service.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ABABC AI from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or our Acceptable Use Policy. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which ABABC AI operates, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
